Exchanges & returns

If something doesn’t fit, write to info@hookupwear.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number. We’ll arrange a size exchange, subject to stock.

For hygiene, intimate wear can only be exchanged unworn, unwashed and with all tags and hygiene liners in place. Accessories can be returned under the same conditions.

If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, send us a photo within 48 hours and we’ll replace it at no cost.
